US Shipping

International Shipping

• Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-21 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer
• We cannot control customs processing times but provide tracking for all international shipments

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact hello@pawstrocat.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
