We want you and your cat to love every Pawstro product. If something is not the right fit, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• To start a return, email hello@pawstrocat.com with your order number

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
