Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on every order. No minimum purchase required. Every Pawstro cat enrichment toy ships from our fulfillment center with care packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • Canada: 12–22 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 12–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): 8–18 business days
  • Other countries: 15–30 business days

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If your tracking number does not show updates within 5 business days of receiving it, please allow a few extra days — carriers sometimes take time to scan packages into their system, especially for international shipments.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Pawstro has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your order is not the right fit for your cat, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help make it right.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@pawstrocat.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
